GoFund Me Campaign

I am Courtney Moore, the owner of The Vegan Cupcake Factory in Huntsville, Alabama. 

I started this fundraiser to raise money to help me purchase a food truck for the business. We opened in November 2022, working out of a commercial kitchen, and quickly attracted customers. I have been working hard to raise capital to purchase a food truck, but I have not been able to reach my goal at the moment.

After being forced out of our commercial kitchen space in March 2025 due to the owner selling the building without giving tenants the proper notice, this caused an illegal eviction, and I had to relocate the business.

This has inspired me even more to work harder at reaching my goal so that I can purchase a food truck to be able to continue to provide nutritious foods and educational resources to our community and communities around the world.
